CLMS Cities Stakeholder Workshops
The CLMS Cities initiative launched its first Stakeholder Workshop online in June, hosted by the University of the West of England Bristol, where participants from leading European organisations and mission cities discussed improving urban CO₂ inventories with Earth Observation data and their role in smarter planning. In September, the second workshop in Vitoria-Gasteiz showcased early project results, highlighted local CO₂ inventory challenges, and fostered collaboration on integrating EO insights into city-level climate strategies. Together, these events mark key steps in building a shared European approach to urban climate monitoring and innovation.
